TERMS OF BUSINESS: All parts and work to machines will be paid for in full before release. Any machines not collected after 1 month from completion will attract storage charges. All new parts and repair work will be warranted for three months from date of invoice regardless of mileage. Payments may be made by most major credit cards, bankers drafts, building society cheques and cash.

BUSINESS HOURS: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 10am-5pm; Thurs, Sat 10am-12noon.

LABOUR RATE: Our current labour rate per hour (inc. vat) is £35.oo

PLEASE NOTE: All photographs used are of machines restored by RJM Classic Motorcycles. All the operations except for a very few of an extremely specialised nature are carried out at our Ram Yard works by Ray Messingham and Rowan Messingham who are RJM Classic Motorcycles.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING VEHICLE INSURANCE: All road testing is carried out under our own third party road risks cover and trade licence.

Vehicles undergoing routine repairs and maintenance will be presumed to be covered by the clients own cover for loss unless otherwise stated.

Vehicles undergoing full or major restorations will be covered for loss by our insurance at the current market value for the vehicle in current condition. In addition we agree to indemnify the owner for the unpaid balance of any work in progress. This cover will not extend beyond one month of completion of the vehicle or further on account payments being requested under the Pay-As-You-Go scheme.

As commercial insurers will not provide agreed-value insurance and as the current spend on a project as well as the final cost of a restoration will likely exceed the market value of the machine, concerned customers are encouraged to arrange their own cover.

If you are not sure about this information or require more detail please contact us as above.
